This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data (any information of any kind relating to a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly; hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data”) that we process when you use this website (“Website”) and our App, and when you otherwise interact with us as described in more detail below. Your use of our Website, App, and any related dispute over privacy, is also subject to our Privacy Policy and  Terms of Use.

I. Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy applies to all users (“Users”) who access our App and/or Website for their Personal Data that we may process through your interaction with us:
•	Through online activities and services we offer (including our Website, App, and other services, if applicable);
•	When we provide services directly to you and in other situations where you interact with us, including but not limited to interacting with us through our customer support channels, such as email, chat, SMS/text, or social media;

II. Personal Data We Collect
The following is the information that we process when you use our App. Certain “functional” information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us. Without such information, it is impossible to process your requested services or provide fully functioning Apps.
1. Your Email Address and other OAuth log-in information
Your email address and any other OAuth log-in information is used for authentication via Firebase and to manage your subscription and invoice records. When you choose to sign in via your Apple or Google account using the “Continue with Apple” or “Continue with Google” buttons, your email address and other OAuth log-in information are collected. We rely on OAuth 2.0 protocols for secure authentication. This ensures your login credentials are never accessed or stored by us. Your account related information is used solely for identifying your account and managing services.
2. User Content
Your input (text prompts) is sent to OpenAI’s API to generate AI-based responses. These inputs are processed through secure API calls. We do not permanently store your inputs or AI outputs unless explicitly stated. Please refrain from entering any sensitive personal information, as you are solely responsible for what you submit.
3. Contact Information
If you contact us directly (via email, support request, or feedback), we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your message in order to respond appropriately.
4. Device Information
We collect basic technical information such as device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and internet connection status. This data helps us ensure that the chatbot interface operates smoothly across different devices and that responses are delivered promptly. We do not use this information for advertising, behavioral tracking, or profiling. The collected data is solely used for performance optimization and technical support.
5. Website Interactions
If you use our Website, we may collect anonymous data on how you interact with it (page visits, clicks) using standard analytics and cookies only if you consent. These are used solely to improve user experience and maintain security.
6. In-App Events
We collect and process essential in-app event data such as subscription status through RevenueCat, which manages monthly subscriptions on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We do not collect excessive behavioral data beyond subscription and usage limits related to your account.

III. Payment Information
All billing and payment processing for in-app purchases is handled by Apple or Google, facilitated through RevenueCat. We do not access, handle, or store your credit or debit card details. For payment rules and policies, please refer to the relevant app store provider.

1. Personal Data collected directly from you
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you:
•	Register or sign in to the app
•	Contact our support team
•	Submit feedback or inquiries
When you provide us with data about others, you confirm that you have their consent to do so.
2. Personal Data collected through automated means
Given our app structure — which uses Firebase, RevenueCat, and OpenAI — we collect minimal automated data. Automated collection is limited to basic diagnostics and subscription tracking. We do not employ background tracking or advanced behavioral analytics.

We use your Personal Data only as necessary to provide services and comply with our obligations:

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data only with essential third-party services that help us provide the App:

International Data Transfers Our services are operated from South Korea, which is recognized as having adequate data protection laws by the EU and UK. However, due to the nature of cloud services, some of your data may be processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions. Cookies and Similar Automated Data Collection We and our third party service providers may collect information about you by using cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, session replay and other similar automated data collection tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”). We use Cookies for a variety of reasons, including to help us gather statistical information about how visitors use the Websites and Apps, and to improve your experience, and maintain security. Cookies also help us deliver a personalized experience on our Websites and Apps. We may engage third parties to help us in these activities, and these third parties may collect your information over time and across our Websites (and third party sites) in order to associate different devices you use and further gain insights into the goods and services that may interest you. We provide you an option to “opt-out” in our Website, where you can deactivate all of the cookies for the Website except for cookies that are necessary for the website to operate. However, the scope of those rights may vary depending on the features provided by the App. Within our App, we currently provide the following options to users regarding their Personal Data: • Delete Account: You may request to permanently delete your account and associated identifying information (e.g., your email) through the App’s settings or by contacting us directly. • Change Password: You may update your password at any time via the Firebase-powered authentication interface. Please note that user-generated content such as chat input and responses (User Content) is not modifiable or deletable by users individually, as we do not provide editing or removal features for AI conversation history. Also, such content may not be permanently stored unless otherwise required for functionality or legal obligations. Before processing your request, we may verify your identity by matching the provided information with our records. You must provide sufficient detail for us to reasonably confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized representative. Please be aware that we can only respond to requests concerning data that we physically access and store. If you’ve signed in via a third-party platform (e.g., Google or Apple), we recommend managing identity and security settings via those respective accounts as well. ________________________________________ XI.
